J Hart Contracting is a commercial contracting company serving clients across the United States. For more than 30 years, we’ve partnered with franchise groups, ownership teams, and corporate brands to deliver projects that require coordination, clear communication, and dependable execution.

Our portfolio includes national brands such as Arby’s, Burger King, Popeyes, Panda Express, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, and more. These projects range from refreshes and remodels to full ground-up builds and multi-phase rollouts. These partnerships have given us a strong understanding of the expectations and challenges that come with restaurant construction and franchise development.

John Hart began his career in the construction industry in 1993, in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1995, he started his own company, with an emphasis on commercial restaurant construction. 

While continuing to be based out of St. Louis, he expanded his business to travel and has completed a multitude of projects throughout the United States. 

From the beginning, he built his approach around staying involved, building lasting client relationships, and delivering first time quality. He remains hands-on with each project he oversees, managing multiple crews, and ensuring work is delivered with consistency and attention to detail.

His focus has always been on being present in the process, keeping commitments clear, and following through on what is promised.
