About Us

John Hart began his career in 1993 in the construction industry in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1995, he started his own company in the trade, with an emphasis on commercial restaurant construction. While continuing to be based out of St. Louis, he expanded his business to travel and complete projects throughout the United States. Hart has completed a multitude of projects, including ground up, reimaging, and conversions of commercial and fine dining restaurants such as Hooters, Houlihan’s, Popeye’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Pei-Wei, Panda Express, and Krystal Burger. With over two decades of experience, he continues to be hands on and actively involved with each project he takes on, while running multiple crews and jobs, to deliver first time quality.
